Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LBTeam (“we”) processes personal data when you use AI Scores Predict.

1) Data controller

2) What we collect

• Account data: email address, password hash (bcrypt), roles.
• Usage data: app interactions (e.g., screens viewed, actions like “generated tip”), approximate timestamps.
• Device & log data: IP address, device identifiers provided by the OS, app version, crash logs.
• Support data: messages you send us.

3) Why we use your data (lawful bases)

• To provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): account, authentication, sessions, delivering predictions.
• To improve & secure the App (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)): analytics, debugging, preventing abuse.
• With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): optional notifications, marketing, or beta features (you can withdraw any time).
• Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, fraud prevention, compliance requests.

4) How we process predictions

Predictions are generated from historical match statistics and our models. They are not profiling to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

5) Sharing

• Processors: hosting, databases, error reporting, analytics (only to provide the App).
• Legal: if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• We do not sell personal data.

6) International transfers

If data is processed outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

7) Retention

• Account data: kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize within 30 days (backups may take longer to cycle).
• Session & log data: typically 30–180 days unless needed for security or legal reasons.
• Support data: as long as needed to address your request.

8) Your rights (GDPR)

You can request: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to your supervisory authority (e.g., in Belgium: APD/GBA).

9) Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, encryption in transit, salted password hashing). No system is 100% secure; please use a unique, strong password.

10) Children

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11) Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version in the App and indicate the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may ask for renewed consent.
